Spector Self Powered Telephones
Type SPT/9000
These self-energised telephones require no
batteries or power supply and are designed to offer an
easy-to-use low maintenance communications facility.
They are ideally suited to Emergency
Communications or Secondary Communications.
A single way telephone is designed
for direct operation to point-to-point connection or for
dedicated lines in a multi way system whilst the Multi-way Telephone has a 24 way
selector switch for networking or master station
operation.
A hand-operated generator initiates a low
frequency pulse DC calling signal, which is converted at the
receiving telephone into a ringing tone. Visual call indication
is by an integral display LED.
